Refund policy

We offer no-hassle returns. You may return most World Prayer Beads items (unused) in original packaging. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days from the order date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return & Refund Policy
You may return any unused items in its original internal packaging within 30 days of your order for a full refund. World Prayer Beads does not cover your return shipping costs. The refunds are issued in 10-14 business days after receiving the package.

Note: Please make sure that your return is post-marked within 30 days of your original order date. Any late returns will not be accepted. Service fees such gift wrap fee or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return the products
Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 30 days of your original order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). Please email us at hello@worldprayerbeads.com for a Return Authorization Code or call us at 206-786-5099.

If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return (do share), order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@worldprayerbeads.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
